The Still Dark Festival takes place on the traditional lands of the Yellowknives Dene First Nation, the North Slave Métis, and the Mowhì Gogha Dè Nııtłèè lands of the Tłı̨chǫ. We recognize that the vibrant music, culture, and community we celebrate are made possible through the stewardship and rich traditions of Indigenous Peoples who have cared for this land for generations.
